How do I choose a menu?

We offer catering for any size group, with a variety of service styles, in just about all budget ranges.

Our culinary team is capable of most anything imaginable.

Seasonal and regional menu selections are our specialties. Let us use our expertise in creating a memorable event for you and your guests.

How many people can I have at my wedding (in the ballroom)?

Depending on the style of seating and décor you plan to have the ballroom comfortably accommodates up to 250 guests. However that number is flexible depending on your chosen needs.

Can I bring in outside food?

Our licensing does not permit any outside food or alcohol. We think you’ll find our talented catering team can provide anything your palate desires and we have access to variety of local and craft beer and wine.

Can I bring my own caterer?

We have a talented catering team that is happy to provide all of your food service needs. At this time we do not allow outside caterers to operate at Bigham Knoll.

Do you have packages?

We believe that every event is unique and as such prefer to work with our clients to develop their ideal event fitting their specific needs and budget.

Can I have my wedding outside?

The Bigham Knoll Campus covers over seven acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. We are happy to accommodate outside ceremonies and receptions in one of our many picturesque locations. Please contact us to schedule a tour of all the Bigham Knoll Campus has to offer!

What happens if it rains/is too hot/is smoky from forest fires?

Luckily we have many indoor spaces that can be used as pre-arranged backup locations for inclement weather.

Do you have centerpieces we can use?

We offer basic mirror plates and glass vase centerpieces, but can coordinate with one of our favorite local vendors for more elaborate options.

My wedding colors are pink/red/blue/etc – do you have linens in that color?

Our standards linens included in the rental are black or white. We offer other colors for an additional fee.

What is required for reserving the venue?

When do I need to do that? We require a 50% deposit towards the space rental to hold the venue date and recommend payment as soon as a date is officially agreed upon.

What are the alcohol options?

We have a full bar, beer and wine available, but we can tailor the bar menu to best fit your event theme and budget.

Can I bring in my own alcohol?

We allow outside wine with a corkage fee. No outside beer or liquor is allowed.

How do I know how much people will eat/drink?

You can leave the number crunching to us! Our experienced team knows just how much to prepare/provide for your event. Depending on the time of day and set up of your event (sit down dinner versus cocktail party etc) food quantities can vary. We are happy to provide a per person estimate or per platter pricing for your event.
