Rejuvenation of Bigham Knoll Site

What is the best use of Bigham Knoll? The Old School’s red roof can been seen from multiple vantage points as we enter the city limits. The open park space is home to walkers and baseball players on weekends. Children’s voices fill the air during the week. But the days of study hall and chemistry exams have passed for the structure. So what is the best use of Old School today?
The Old School is connected to a large family of buildings that were constructed over a span of 71 years. Each addition served to accompany an expanding population of users on the Knoll. The site is also home to 1000’s of community voices that feel a part of the history, and the future of the land, its buildings, and their usage.
Our vision for Bigham Knoll is one of multiple use and community activity. The Old School is an ideal location for our corporate offices. The Cutler Investment Group, and Ashland Partners are both firms that seek the best in class employees. We hire the brightest candidates available. Their careers are entrenched in learning as global competition continues to challenge our end products. The School’s environment, rich in a history of learning, is a perfect complement to our corporate goals.
We have lots of ideas for the remaining land and buildings, and you can read about them by clicking on the proposed site layout, or by opening the Proposed Adaptive Usage.
Thanks to so many of you who have been supportive in bringing our dreams to fruition. Jacksonville is an exceptional place to live, and we are all blessed to be a part of this community.
